My first experience in this size boat was at a Traditional Small Craft Association meet at Mystic, Ct. George Kelly brought his beautifully crafted "Wee Lassie"...at 18 lbs this was truly a work of art. George said "go ahead and try it out."

Clumsy me, thinking about the cold early June water, said "thanks I guess not". At the following years meet, George repeated the invitation and I weakened. To me it was a revolution, I just couldn't believe how the boat handled. There was a relaxed stability that totally surprised me and tracking like it was on a rail...what a great little boat!
